Mayor Pro Tempore - We're Screwed

I have no idea what the mayor was thinking when he made Emma Acosta Mayor Pro Tempore... Come on Mayor Cook!  Get with the news - she's a waste of breathable air!

Not only does this woman's past include lots of people who stole from the city (her department), she's got some weird retirement plan that we don't know the details of.  Out of all the people on council the Mayor picks the one person whose friends are in federal prison!  For ripping off the city!

We keep putting unethical and possibly corrupt people in positions of power and I can't understand why.   They even put Larry Medina back on the Civil Service Commission again and he's ground zero for political corruption. 

You people never learn.
