As I was leaving city hall right now I walked by Ness' meager protest at city hall. They didn't even notice me!
When I got to my truck a lady asked me where more handicap parking might be located. It turns out the Ness and 10 of her save the valley supporters were blocking the handicap parking in the name of public protest... and campaigning. There are people waving signs calling for the election of Ness.

Good. We can send them to the TEC for a real complaint and then one based on ADA.
