Signatures not there?

I have a lot more to say about the recall effort, but one point must be made now.

Does Brown have the signatures? He has told the media of a massive signature gathering effort slated for today and it surprises me that he would have to have one. I figured they would have all of them by now.

I think their effort may be in trouble... Or they are just trying to spike the football after an easy touchdown.
