It's been brought to my attention that Larry Medina still sits on the Board of Directors for Bienvivir Senior Health Services. Is Larry Medina a felon?
Beinvivir receives federal funds and hasn't thought that maybe having Larry on the board isn't a good idea. One has to wonder what's going on over at Beinvivir.
I guess once you get enough Conquistador Awards you can do anything you want!
Won't he also have to surrender his insurance licenses since he is a felon? At least then he won't be taking advantage of young girls by underpaying them, and hiring undocumented workers.

Unless someone reports him to the State Board of Insurance they won't know. State licensing agencies aren't the sharpest tools in the shed. They never look for felons that have licenses. I doubt the federal court system reports them either.

I will take it upon myself to report scary Larry aka "mumbles" to the Texas Department of Insurance tomorrow.

The question we should ask is "who" placed him there and "what" favor did they "owe.". Larry's limited vocabulary and inability to fully state a complete coherent word is proof positive that "intelligence" was never his recipe for success. Tell me who you know...and I'll tell you who I really am....
