So the guy with the least desirable unpaid radio gig in the entire country and Four Names Allala are claiming that I did not submit an open records request for the emails I have displayed. They think someone inside City Hall is feeding them to me without me requesting them - which isn't against the rules, by the way.
First of all - why would any of you believe these two lying morons? Allala lies dramatically and much too frequently for someone who spends time in front of judges. Just think about her claims about a criminal investigation of Joyce Wilson and her smoking gun emails showing corruption. Yeah, none of that was true.
I remember her maniacally waving around papers on KVIA claiming to have evidence that she was going to release... she never released them... because she didn't have them. She lied.
Here's the proof of my open records requests. I expect an apology from Montes and Allala this week. I like ice cream cakes if they feel a gift is necessary.
What the real issue here is how Allala is communicating with Holguin, Robinson and Lemon but there's no record of it. We know she is in contact with on agenda items i.e. "city business," but there is no record of it. What gives?
Who's going to track down all their communications now that we know they are using communication methods not within the city's jurisdiction for ORR?
Oh and how did I get Emma's open record request? Emma was telling anyone that would listen that she was going to sue me and that she was "getting evidence from the city." One of those people she told happens to be a political operative that I chat with on a weekly basis. I figured she was trying to fight fire with fire and would do some kind of an ORR on me. I didn't figure she'd go after the family and their employees.
I sent this
There's no conspiracy here. Just a guy who heard a report that Acosta was "getting evidence" on him. Nobody but Emma Acosta tipped me off as to what she was doing. If I had some kind of "inside info" why would I wait 13 days after her ORR to submit mine?
The people who knew about the ORR at the city were the mayor, Firth, the ORR lady and some other person I have never heard of. Oh, and everyone else Acosta told.
